Terms
A plain-language overview for account access, subscription use, customer data ownership, and service responsibilities.
These terms summarize the core subscription, access, data, and liability terms for B2B teams using Nodetra workspaces.
By creating a Nodetra account, accessing a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The customer is responsible for accurate account information, user invitations, and role or permission assignments.
Users must keep login credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to Nodetra or their workspace administrator.
The service may not be used for abuse, illegal content, spam, unauthorized data collection, unapproved security testing, reverse engineering, or activity that infringes the rights of others.
Nodetra may suspend use that risks platform security or other customers.
Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans may include different capacity, feature, and support levels.
Fees depend on the selected plan, user count, billing period, and any written quote. Plan changes are handled through the admin panel or the Nodetra team.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. If a customer decides not to continue, Nodetra helps export workspace data and close the workspace cleanly.
Retention and deletion timelines may vary based on applicable law, security records, backup cycles, and written contract terms.
Customer data and customer-uploaded content remain the property of the customer.
The Nodetra platform, software, design, brand, documentation, and service technology are owned by Nodetra or its licensors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Nodetra does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-every-use operation, but works to maintain reasonable security, continuity, and support standards.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nodetra total liability is capped at the fees paid by the customer for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nodetra is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, reputational harm, or special damages caused by downtime.
These terms keep governing law as Turkiye. Choosing another jurisdiction requires legal review and a commercial decision.
